1. Eligibility for Exchange

Rain Studio offers exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note:

• Returns are not accepted for size issues, change of mind, or preferences in colour or fabric so please consult the size guide before ordering.
  
• Monetary refunds are not provided. Exchanges or store credit are offered in eligible cases only.

2. Exchange Process

When an item qualifies for exchange:

1. Submit your exchange request with your order details and a clear photo of the issue. 
   
2. Once reviewed and approved, we will confirm your exchange request within a short period. 
   
3. For defective or damaged items, we will arrange a return pickup at no extra cost. You should pack the item securely. 
   
4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be dispatched normally within 5–7 business days.

By placing an order with Rain Studio, you agree to this Refund & Exchange Policy, including:

• Waiving any right to pursue legal claims related to exchange or refund issues. 
  
• In case of any dispute related to this policy, both parties should work toward an amicable resolution. 
  
• Our liability is limited to the price of the product and does not cover indirect losses. 
  
• We encourage all customers to inspect their orders upon delivery and report any issues within the eligible timeframe.
